Midthunder hails from the Fort Peck Assiniboine Tribe. Her entire childhood living within Santa Fe where her mother worked at a casting company and she attended an Academy for Technology and the Classics. Amber has been identified as Native American on her father's family, and they are both enrolled members of the Fort Peck Sioux Tribe. Amber has mixed blood since her mother is adopted. Prey features a large number of Native American actors, such as Dakota Beavers (who is Blackfeet as well as Comanche) and Jhane Meiers who has been helping Prey for a number of years. Coco was the choice for Sarii because of her American Dingo breed. Carolina Dog is a breed that has existed for centuries.
TJ has a completely different message. Through the entire film TJ talks about the extent to which Amanda has for him and says that she's her everything (although we can deduce some narrative was actually related to Amanda's daughter). He told her about his feelings for her, but she resisted him since she was with Daniel. After Amanda's death, Emily revealed that she was Emily. Since then, they have been best buddies. The show ends with their marriage. Amanda and Wilf kiss only at midnight. One winner wins the entire prize pot.
